Directions:

Denton: Exit I-35 E. at Mayhill/State School Rd exit. Turn to the right. Enter at the first right. We are in an office building to the right with the "Texas Back Instititue" logo on the top. We are the first suite on the left as you enter the building.

Lewisville: Exit I-35 E. at Corporate Drive in Lewisville. Heading east from the highway, turn right at the first traffic light, Lakepointe Ave. Our office is in the first building on the right.

Plano: Exit the Tollway at Parker and go west. We are in the first building west of the tollway on the south side. Go to the back of the building to the office entrances. We are on the second floor, to the left as you exit the elevators.
